Stu & Trish came to Wilmot in 2016 after diverse careers working in agriculture in northern Australia and abroad. Both have worked extensively in northern Australia in management, extension, and contracting roles.
With a long-held passion for holistic management and regenerative agriculture, Wilmot has given them the opportunity to deploy their existing skills, whilst continuing to build their knowledge on the ground and through external learning. Stu & Trish are currently engaged in the RCS Executive Link program.
While Stu manages the day to day operations and business development at Wilmot, Trish’s contribution to the team is through data analysis and benchmarking, in addition to her role managing the support team for Maia Grazing.
Stu & Trish have a young son, Harry, and another child on the way in 2019, and love spending time exploring every corner of Wilmot – Sunday picnic lunches at a waterfall are a common occurrence!
Stu & Trish are supported by an Overseer and Stationhand, an Administration Assistant and a Casual Stationhand.
Grant and Tanya along with their two children Jessica and Ben started with Wilmot Cattle Co when Woodburn was purchased in 2011. Both Grant and Tanya come from rural backgrounds on the
Mid North Coast. Grant has worked in the North West Slopes and Plains region in a managerial role bringing over 25 years experience to the team. Grant is assisted by senior stationhand Bernie McMaugh.
